Morning Breaking: BJP appoints central observers for 3 Northeast states

BJP has appointed central observers for 3 Northeast states of Tripura, Nagaland and Meghalaya. Union ministers Nitin Gadkari and Jual Oram are appointed as central observers for Tripura, Union Health Minister J P Nadda and Arun Singh for Nagaland and Kiren Rijiju and Alphons Kannanthanam for Meghalaya.
