Nirav Modi`s letter held PNB liable of destroying his brand, business

In a letter to PNB, alleged kingpin of the largest banking scam in India Nirav Modi said that the dues are much lower than the Rs 11,400 crore that the bank has gone public with. He also said that by going public, PNB has destroyed his brand and business and thus has made repaying the loan a problem.
