Nirbhaya Gangrape: SC rejects curative petition of Pawan claiming to be a `minor`

Supreme Court of India rejected the curative petition of Pawan Gupta, one of the convicts in the 2012 Delhi gang-rape case. Pawan claimed that he was a minor at the time of offence.
