PM Modi to address nation on Prakash Parv of Guru Tegh Bahadur Sahib

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is going to break another old practice by addressing the country from the Red Fort after sunset today. PM will address the nation on the occasion of 400th birth anniversary of Guru Tegh Bahadur.
