Rajya Sabha MP Dr. Subhash Chandra attended a special function organized on the occasion of Guru Parva in Hisar, Haryana. Dr. Chandra also bowed his forehead in the gurdwara and the Gurdwara Singh Sabha committee also presented saropa to Dr. Chandra.
