Sanjay Raut targets central government in Shiv Sena mouthpiece Saamana

Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut, while targeting Shiv Sena mouthpiece Saamana, said that the country could be broken by the attitude of the central government, and also said that the central government is destabilizing the state governments.
