Sources: No students but `outsiders` involved in violence during anti-CAA stir

According to the sources, the Delhi police has submitted a report to the Home Ministry which claims that no student was involved in the violence that occurred during anti-CAA stir in Jamia. The destruction was done by 'outsiders'.
