Stampede broke out in Vaishno Devi temple at around 2.45 am last night

An inquiry has been ordered into the stampede at Vaishno Devi temple in Jammu and Kashmir's Katra on Saturday, in which 13 people were killed and several were injured. The rescue operation has been ended. There the journey has started again
