Tajinder Bagga Arrest Case: Big blow to the Punjab government from the court in the Bagga case

In the Bagga arrest case, the Punjab government has got a big setback from the court. The Punjab and Haryana High Court has turned down the demand of the Punjab government to keep Tajinder Bagga in Haryana instead of Delhi.
