UP: Allahabad High Court bans archaeological survey of Gyanvapi Mosque

The High Court has stayed the order of the Civil Court to conduct an archaeological survey of the land of the Gyanvapi Masjid adjacent to the Vishwanath temple in Varanasi. A single bench of Justice Prakash Padia stayed the survey and asked all the parties to file a fresh reply in two weeks.
