Varanasi: PM Modi inaugurates International Cooperation and Convention Center - Rudraksh

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday inaugurated it by planting a Rudraksh sapling in the premises of the Varanasi International Cooperation and Convention Center. It has been made with the financial help of Japan. VICCC is named as Rudraksh in recognition of the ancient city's association with Lord Shiva.
