Weather Update: Winter in North India, traffic affect due to dense fog

Entire North India is in the grip of cold wave. The Meteorological Department has issued an alert for dense fog in the next five days. The minimum temperature in Delhi was recorded at 5.4 degree Celsius on Sunday.
