He is a one-man army in his relentless strife against honking in the city for last 27 years. Kailash Mohta, a Burrabazar trader of heavy industry tools, has not only honked even for once in last 29 years, while driving through the madding rush on Kolkata streets, but also wears a poster on his back every time he hits the road on his scooter just to make motorists aware of the problem.
