Constitutionally incorrect to exclude President: Congress MP Anand Sharma

Congress MP Anand Sharma attacked Centre after Prime Minister Modi took stock of newly built Parliament in the National Capital. He said that it is constitutionally incorrect to exclude President in major decisions related to Parliament.
