Dalit girl raped by neighbor youth in Rajasthan`s Barmer

In Rajasthan's Barmer, a Dalit girl was raped by a neighbor's youth and then tried to burn her alive. There is a continuous atmosphere of resentment among the common people in the Hinduist organizations including the BJP regarding this whole issue.
