Nand Gopal Nandi gives big statement on Asad`s encounter

Nand Gopal Nandi, a minister in the Uttar Pradesh government, has given a big statement on the Asad encounter. He said that at one time it was said that the vehicle in which the SP flag was hoisted, consider it to be a goon sitting in it.
