`Russia was never a threat to Ukraine...`,says White House spokesman John Kirby

America has made a big statement on the Ukraine-Russia war. White House spokesman John Kirby has said that Russia was never a threat to Ukraine. He said that if NATO countries do not talk to their allies then it would be irresponsible. He said that if NATO countries do not talk to their allies continuously then how can they fulfill their commitments.
