Uproar witnessed in Jammu-Kashmir Assembly

There was a huge uproar inside the Jammu and Kashmir Assembly today. Ruling and opposition MLAs clashed with each other, there was heavy kicking and punching. There is a ruckus over the proposal to restore Article 370.
