Pakistan had developed its defence capability manifold during the past few years and no country could dare to attack it, according to top nuclear scientist Abdul Qadeer Khan said. ''India dare not translate its evil designs in the region or else we would destroy big Indian cities within minutes,'' said Dr Khan while distributing prizes named after him to science students in Islamabad on Tuesday. He said that the scientists of the country will fulfill all their obligations. In case they failed they would be punished severely. ''It was because of the strong defence position, the chief executive took a bold stand in the United Nations Millennium Summit in New York,'' he said.
