Facebook offline videos download feature spotted on Android

New Delhi: Facebook's much talked about offline videos download feature has been spotted on Android app, if media reports are to be believed.

As per a report in the Android Police, a reader spotted the feature in ‘Saved’ video option available on the Android app.

Facebook has long been planning to take on YouTube with music videos and provide users with the ability to view videos offline.

Earlier, reports also surfaced that Facebook had plans to start the testing with a small group of people starting July 11. However, nothing of such sort happened on that date.

The offline video download option allowes users to download videos when with good Internet connection, and watch later at anytime.
