Just two days before the 10th season could kick-off, the IPL announced on their official website a list of commentators for 2017 season. And to the surprise, Harsha Bhogle's name was missing, amid all the previous reports that the commentator would return back to the box.

But moments before the opening ceremony could kick-off, Bhogle posted on his Facebook page saying, "Delighted to share that I will be on SET Max for the IPL. It has always been a special tournament for me."

However, the twist lies in the fact that Bhogle has to show all his expertise with words in Hindi.

"It will be a new experience doing commentary in Hindi. I've done it before but only a little bit here and there. I find words don't obey you as much but it will be a new adventure because being bilingual is no longer a qualification but a necessity," he added.

Early Wesdnesday morning, Harsha took to his Twitter account to tweet, "Lagta hai ab @cricketaakash ki Hindi paathshala me bharti hona padega." Looking more of funny post, poking fun at Akash Chopra, who is ususally seen performing the Hindi commentary.

Hours later the former cricketer replied, "Aapke commentary ke school mein humein bhi dakhila de dejiyega...seekhne ko bahut milega, Harsha ji."

In return, Harsha replied back, "Filhaal to app masterji, main shagird!"
