13 IPS officers transferred in UP
Lucknow, Jan 20`: In a minor reshuffle, Uttar Pradesh government today transferred 13 IPS officers, including 11 on the waiting list, a home department spokesman said.

government today transferred 13 IPS officers, including 11 on
the waiting list, a home department spokesman said.
Sahilendra sagar has been made Inspector General of
Special Task Force while Gurdarashan Singh has been sent to
inter-state police, Saharanpur as DIG in place of Gopal Gupta
who goes to Meerut as DIG, PAC, he said.
R K Swarnkar has been sent to Railways, Gorakhpur as SP,
Uma Nath Singh to Regional Intelligence, Meerut, Arun Kumar as
Commandent PAC, 25th battalion, R A Gautam to regional
intellegence Agra, Piyush Mordia to 39th battalion of PAC
at Mirzapur, Navin Arora to 20th battalion of PAC at Azamgarh,
l P A Dev Kumar to 43rd battalion of PAC at Etah and Ramit
Sharma to 26th PAC at Gorakhpur, the spokesman said.
R P Singh who was awaiting posting has been made the SP
of Mahoba while Commandent of 36th battalion of PAC at
Varanasi Prabha Kumar has been shifted to 35th PAC battalion
at Lucknow in the same capacity, he added.
