Chhatarpur (MP), July 31: Senior BJP leader Uma bharti Has alleged that feudalism has reached its peak in Madhya Pradesh under the rule of chief minister Digvijay Singh. "Earlier feudalism had raised its head during the rule of then chief minister Arjun Singh, but under the present regime it has reached its peak," Bharti said yesterday while speaking to newspersons here.

"Due to this reason, land belonging to feudal lords is not being distributed among the landless, but that belonging to backwards and poor people who occupied it for the last 30-40 years is being distributed," she alleged.
Answering a query, she said if BJP comes to power in the state, it would regularise sacked daily wagers in the state.

On the issue of selection of candidates for the coming assembly polls, she said a survey was being conducted for identifying those who could win the polls.
