Bangalore,June 05: Defence Minister George Fernandes today said that those who spoke about nuclear threat in the wake of Indo-Pak border tensions had a special agenda of creating panic, putting pressure and also hurting investment flow into the country. Those who spoke about nuclear threat had some special agenda of their own, Fernandes told reporters here. “I think it (talk of nuclear threat) is aimed at creating panic among people, to create some pressure and perhaps also create conditions which can adversely affect investment, among others,” he said. He described as wholly uncalled for the advisory of certain countries urging its citizens against travelling to India and asking them to leave the county. It's a wholly uncalled for advisory no matter where it came from. Bureau Report
