Fresh after he delivered an engaging speech and exchanged views with Chinese students, President George W. Bush`s visit to China lost some puff on Feb 22, due to a flat tyre. The U.S. presidential limousine suffered a flat while the U.S. motorcade was zipping along a major Beijing artery en route from Tsinghua University, where Bush had delivered the speech, to a luncheon with Chinese President Jiang Zemin.

A U.S. official told reporters the president switched to a back up limousine and the motorcade proceeded with little delay to the lunch in the exclusive Zhongnanhai leadership compound near Tiananmen square.
Bush`s 30 hour trip to China, the last leg of a six-day Asia tour, was winding down.
