Betul (MP), Nov 26: President of Madhya Pradesh
NSUI, student wing of the congress, Hemant Wagdre, today
denied he had ever spoken to a man who had allegedly given
money to former Union minister Dilip Singh Judeo in the
cash-on-camera scam.
Dismissing charges he had spoken over mobile phone to a
person named Rahul, who allegedly handed over money to Judeo,
he told reporters "I don't remember having ever spoken to a person
named Rahul. I am ready to face any inquiry...I knew only one
Rahul - Rahul Raghuvanshi, a NSUI member".
Recently a report quoting Cbi appeared in a section of the press claiming that a man named Rahul, who had allegedly given money to Judeo, had talked over mobile to Wagdre.
He also dismissed charges that he had any kind of liaison with Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Ajit Jogi's son Amit and alleged that there was an attempt to tarnish his image by making baseless allegations.
He claimed the mobile number 0755-3116221 which was believed to have figured during probe actually belongs to a resident of Pipariya who had given it to him.
