Dhaka, Nov 29: The Khaleda Zia government has accused former Premier Sheikh Hasina of sponsoring anti-Bangladeshi campaign during her visit to India which led New Delhi to charge that Pakistan High Commission in Dhaka is the hub of ISI activities.
Whenever Hasina went abroad, she had "sponsored Bangladesh-bashing", foreign minister Morshed Khan told reporters here yesterday.

The European Union had adopted a resolution against Bangladesh following her recent visit to Brussels, Khan said referring to a resolution by EU Parliament criticising custodial deaths during the current army-led joint drive against criminals.
During Hasina's visit to India, he said, external affairs minister Yashwant Sinha accused Bangladesh of sheltering al Qaeda and that Pakistan High Commission in Dhaka was becoming the hub of ISI anti-India activities.

If there were any al Qaeda activists "they would be easily found as the country is too small for them to hide," he said. Bureau Report
