Chandigarh, Sept 30: To protest against alleged failure of the NDA government on all fronts, Haryana Congress chief Bhajan Lal would lead a "rosh march" (resentment rally) from the party office here to Raj Bhawan today. All senior leaders of Haryana Pradesh Congress, including former presidents of PCC, former MPs, office bearers and members of executive committee of PCC, AICC members, MLAs, CLP leaders and former ministers would join the march.
At Raj Bhawan, Bhajan Lal would hand over a memorandum outlining the "failures" of NDA government, addressed to President A P J Abdul Kalam, to Governor Babu Parmanand.
