Chennai, Feb 14: Defence Minister George Fernandes today said India's relationship with China was growing ''beyond expectations'' and the two neighbours were moving towards dialogue. Talking to newspersons at the airport after returning from a visit to the Andaman and Nicobar islands, where he attended an NCC national integration camp and interacted with commanders of the defence services, Fernandes said issues that were cause of a conflict between the two nations were being addressed. ''We are moving towards a dialogue, with representatives of the prime ministers of the two countries conducting talks,'' he said. Fernandes said his Chinese counterpart was expected to visit New Delhi next week. About Indo-Pak relations, he said the ceasefire along the Line of Control was in place.
