Mumbai, Nov 01: The shareholders of Mahindra & Mahindra have approved the merger of subsidiaries, Mahindra Eco Mobiles Ltd and Mahindra Information Technology with M&M. The shareholders also passed a special resolution for utilisation of the share premium account, the company said in a release.
The resolutions have been passed with overwhelming majority in number and value (99.99 per cent) by equity shareholders present at the meeting and voting in person or by proxy, it added. Bureau Report
