New Delhi, Oct 23: S R Balasubramanyam was today appointed Congress Legislature Party leader of Tamil Nadu by party President Sonia Gandhi. Announcing the decision, AICC secretary Ramesh Chennithala said, in a statement here, that D Yashoda was appointed deputy leader of the CLP and Gyanasekharan its secretary.
M M Raju and K R Ramaswamy were named as party whip and deputy while Jayakumar would be the treasurer, Chennithala said. Bureau Report
