New Delhi, Oct 17: India today said that its decision to pull back troops from the International Border with Pakistan was not taken with any other country in mind. Official sources said that New Delhi`s decision to redeploy its forces was not aimed at obtaining diplomatic kudos from foreign capitals. It was evident that India could not keep its troops on the IB forever, the sources said. However, they were quick to point out that Wednesday`s decision did not mean that India`s determination to end cross-border terrorism had lessened in any way.
