Ahmedabad, Oct 08: Taking time out of his busy schedule, Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi today watched the first cricket Test match between India and New Zealand at Sardar Patel Stadium in Motera. Modi, who reached the stadium in the morning, also met Indian skipper Sourav Ganguly and wished the hosts success, official sources said here. He was accompanied by Gujarat Cricket Association president Narhari Amin, chairman of selection committee Syed Kirmani along with his colleagues Kirti Azad, Kiran More and former Indian player and coach Anshuman Gaikwad. Modi, along with his State Revenue Minister Kaushik Patel watched the match for about 30 minutes, sources added. Bureau Report
