Bhopal, Sept 06: Justice Kumar Rajaratnam was sworn-in as Chief Justice of Madhya Pradesh High Court here today. Governor Ram Prakash Gupt administered the oath in a ceremony in the Raj Bhavan.
Justice Rajaratnam, who was earlier a judge of madras and Karnataka High Courts, succeeds justice Bhavani Singh, who has been appointed Chief Justice of Gujarat High Court. Justice Rajaratnam had enrolled as an advocate in the Madras High Court on March 10, 1971 and also appeared regularly in the Supreme Court. Bureau Report
