Chennai, Feb 11: Chennai-based call centre solution provider Servion Global Solutions Ltd today announced its partnership with the banking business unit of Infosys Technologies. Under the partnership, Servion plays the role of building a ready interface for information retrieval between the Finnacle CRM developed by Infosys and RAP-CTI of Servion enabling them to offer value added and customised solution to clients, according to a Servion press release here today. The partnership is non-exclusive to both parties and allows each to carry on their respective businesses or through their other business partners to their best advantage, the release said.
