Dhaka, Aug 25: External affairs minister Yashwant Sinha today said India was committed to strengthen regional cooperation and Saarc despite the on-going Indo-Pak stand-off and made a strong plea for India-Bangaldesh relations to move fast in the interest of two neighbours. Sinha, who had a breakfast meeting with intellectuals on the second day of his two-day visit to Bangladesh, said the relations between the two countries must move forward without allowing small pinpricks to hold them hostage.
The minister told the intellectuals that New Delhi was committed to strengthen regional cooperation and Saarc despite the Indo-Pak stand-off. Bureau Report
