TNCC to abide by high command decision on tie-up for LS polls
Chennai, Dec 09: TNCC would abide by the decision of the party high command on the question of alliance with other parties for next year`s Lok Sabha polls, TNCC president G K Vasan said here today.

On alliance with DMK and AIADMK, he said "DMK is with the
NDA now. AIADMK is alone, neither with Congress nor BJP”.
Vasan said he would discuss with the party president Sonia Gandhi on the appointment of office bearers to TNCC next week.
On former TNCC president E V K S Elangovan and his supporters conducting a separate function to celebrate the birthday of Sonia Gandhi, Vasan said there was nothing wrong in that.
“I appealed to everybody to organise functions to celebrate Sonia Gandhi's birthday today and Elangovan had celebrated it in the city. What is wrong in it”, he asked.
