New Delhi, Oct 17: Senior RSS leader Madan Das Devi today met Deputy Prime Minister L K Advani at his North Block office here today and conveyed to him the Sangh's unhappiness over VHP not being allowed to hold its programme in Ayodhya. Emerging out of the 30 minute meeting, Devi, RSS joint General Secretary in charge of BJP, told reporters, "Rambhakts were not allowed to hold their Sankalp Sammelan. People could not reach there due to the heavy security arrangements." He, however, said some of the arrested people were being released. Asked whether such large-scale security measures were called for, he said, "there was no need for it." Bureau Report
