Apr 08: Seeds Fernando Vicente of Spain and Brazil's Andre Sa were bundled out of the Grand Prix Hassan II tournament at the first hurdle on Monday. Sixth seed Vicente, winner in 2000 after making it to the final in Casablanca in 1999, looked set for another good tournament but crumbled after a fine first set 0-6 6-3 7-6 to Chilean Nicolas Massu.
Peruvian Luis Horna, a quarter-finalist in Buenos Aires in February, easily beat eighth seed Sa, 6-4 6-0.

Argentine Franco Squillari also won a quick victory 6-1 6-3 against Moroccan wildcard Talal Ouahabi.

A big crowd is expected on Tuesday at the centre court to watch Hicham Arazi and Younes El Aynaoui, who together gave Morocco a Davis Cup victory on Sunday against Italy.
