Counting delayed in Rajouri and Doda

Counting started at 0830 hours in Rajouri and 0855 hours in Doda district, official reports reaching here said.
It started at scheduled time (0800 hours) in Jammu, Kathua, Poonch and Udhampur.
Several tiers of security has been thrown around the counting Centres at all district headquaters in the division, the reports said, adding Rashtirya rifle troops were on kept standby in Doda where polling was held in the fourth and final phase on October 8.
