New Delhi, Oct 22: Disgruntled BJP party MLAs in Uttar Pradesh have stepped up their protest on not being given berths in Mayawati-led ministry in the state today by forming a `Party Bachao Samiti`. However, BJP yesterday warned the disgruntled MLAs of disciplinary action if they did not fall in line and not cross the `Laxman Rekha`.
"A limited number of MLAs have protested their exclusion in the recent expansion of the council of ministers by Chief Minister Mayawati. The party has taken a serious view of this and will enforce discipline," party spokesman Arun Jaitley told reporters. He added that Kalraj Mishra has been deputed to sort out the irking issue with them.
Asked whether this discontent among BJP MLAs would pose a threat to the BJP-BSP coalition in the state, Jaitley said, "There is no threat to the government and it would serve its full term."

While, on the other hand, Congress is keeping mum on the invitation extended by Samajwadi Party to form a coalition government in the state.
