Mubarakpur Election results 2022: The assembly election results for Mubarakpur Vidhan sabha seat that falls in Uttar Pradesh's Azamgarh district are currently awaited. The contest is between  BJP’s Arvind Jaiswal, SP’s Akhilesh Yadav and BSP’s Abdus Salam. Mubarakpur went to polls in the seventh phase on March 7, 2022.

Akhilesh Yadav is SP candidate from Mubarakpur seat. Akhilesh Yadav is the President of Samajwadi Party and was the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh from 2012 to 2017. He has been also credited for becoming the youngest Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh.
