Consistency is the major key in small changes which leads to big results. Whenever you make a small change and then stick with it, the effect multiplies over time. Sticking with small changes is not that much tough because it doesn’t put too much pressure at one time. A drastic change can be overwhelming and difficult to maintain which leads to failure. On the other side, small changes are manageable and more sustainable.
