The Rajya Sabha on Monday witnessed uproarious scenes after the ruling BJP demanded explanation from the Congress party over its senior leader Ghulam Nabi Azad`s controversial remarks comparing the RSS with the Islamic State shortly after the Upper House met for normal business.
