"Manjhi`s government can take policy decisions but all such decisions would be implemented after his government proves its majority on the floor of the state assembly," said a government lawyer.

According to him, any policy decision taken by Manjhi`s government would be implemented after Feb 21.

Manjhi, who was expelled from his Janata Dal-United (JD-U) after refusing to step down from his post, has been asked to prove his majority in the assembly.
