The mystery about the identity of Abu Hamza, who is among the terrorists killed in the attack on Parliament, has deepened. Thane Police is now claiming that the man killed in Parliament had been arrested by them a year ago.
The Thane police had caught him on November 23, 2000 along with three other terrorists. These militants had planing to attack the headquarter of RSS in Nagpur, house of Bal Thackeray and ONGC in Mumbai and some other major installations in Maharashtra.

Thane Police say Hamza’s full name Mohammad Khasi Fateh Mohammed. He is 24 years old and hails from Faislabad, Pakistan.
He had been handed over to the Jammu and Kashmir Police but had been able to flee from jail.

His photograph has also been handed over to the Delhi Police.
