CTET Feb 2016 results delayed
As per the original notification issued by the CBSE, the results for the CBSE Feb 2016 were to be announced on or before April 06, 2016.
New Delhi: The results for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET), conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on February 21 this year, have been delayed.
This was confirmed to Zeenews.com by the CBSE in an e-mailed communication.
As per the original notification issued by the CBSE, the results for the CBSE Feb 2016 were to be announced on or before April 06, 2016.
However, in response to a question 'when will the CTET Feb 2016 results be declared', the CBSE told Zeenews.com, “CTET answer key and result will be uploaded on the www.ctet.nic.in. You may check the website regularly.”
Exams for CTET Feb 2016 Paper-I and II were both conducted on the same day in different shifts.
The Board has so far not released the answer keys as well as candidates' OMR sheets. Earlier, the Board used to publish answer keys within a few days of the exam.
It may be noted that the CTET to be conducted at exam centres in Haryana had been postponed due to the Jat reservation agitation going on at that time.
Candidates are advised to keep checking the official CTET website – ctet.nic.in – to find out when the results will be declared.
