January 2, 2016 - The Pathankot terror attack was carried out by JeM militants, who attacked the Indian Air Force base and killed seven security personnel. The attack had further strained the bilateral ties between India and Pakistan.
September 18, 2016 - JeM militants carried out terror attack at the Indian Army camp in Jammu and Kashmir's Uri in which 18 soldiers were killed and 30 others injured.
