Students risk lives to reach school in Madhya Pradesh - Watch video

Bhopal: Students in Madhya Pradesh's Chhatarpur area are putting their lives at risk daily to reach school by wading through flood waters.

The area has been flooded after water was released from Unril dam after heavy rain.

In the video several school students, some with clothes and few without, are seen taking the dangerous journey to study.

The video further shows the little ones, who cannot move through the waters, are being carried on the shoulders by their family members.

Heavy rains have been lashing Madhya Pradesh since the onset of Monsoon.

Several rivers flowing through the state are flowing above the danger mark.
