Somnath Bharti booked for domestic violence after wife`s complaint

Bharti, who served as law minister in the AAP's 49-days government has been charged last evening at Dwarka North police station under Sections 307 (attempt to murder) and 498(a)(cruelty towards partner in marriage) and 323 (voluntarily causing hurt) of IPC by his wife Lipika Mitra.
